A refundable deposit is required for rentals ranging from $100 - $200 depending on items.
Pick up and delivery available for $50 up to 10 miles from Indianapolis.
Rental Policy
General Policy:
All damage deposits are refundable and will be processed within 3-5 days after the return of
the items, provided there is no damage. In the event of damages, the renter will be provided
with an itemized list of repair or replacement costs. If the damage exceeds the deposit, the
renter will be responsible for the additional costs.

Props:
Rental Period:Props are rented on a per-event basis, with the rental period extending from
the pick-up or delivery date to the return date specified in the rental agreement.
Condition: Props should be returned in the same condition as when rented. Renters are
encouraged to inspect all props upon receipt and report any damages immediately.
Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit is required for all prop rentals. The amount is
contingent on the value and quantity of the props rented. The deposit will be refunded in full
if the props are returned undamaged. Any damages or missing items will result in a deduction
from the deposit to cover repair or replacement costs.

Backdrops and Florals:
Rental Period: Backdrops and florals are available for rental on a per-event basis. The rental
period begins at pick-up or delivery and ends at the agreed return time.
Condition: All backdrops and floral arrangements are inspected before rental. The renter is
responsible for ensuring the items are in good condition upon receipt and must report any
issues immediately.
Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit is required for all backdrop and floral rentals.
The deposit amount will vary depending on the specific items rented up to 40%. The full
deposit will be refunded upon the return of the backdrops and florals in their original

condition. Any damages, including stains, tears, or missing items, will result in a deduction
from the deposit for repair or replacement costs.
